Well, this image was real doozy to make! I started on this back in January when Train-Riding Picture was about halfway done. If I spent about all the energy I had on this deviation, it would have been done weeks ago! But I just don't have that kind of time.

The idea originated from Cheat Commandos, as if it isn't obvious. In this image, The Cheat is cosplaying as all sorts of anime, manga, and video game characters. I chose characters that range from mainstream popularity to unknown obscurity.

First Row
Mario from Super Mario Brothers (C) Nintendo
-You probably remember this from the WIP that I posted and is now gone, right? Anyway, Super Mario Brothers is the first video game I was ever exposed to. Besides, everyone knows his face.

Naruto Uzumaki from Naruto (C) Masashi Kishimoto
-Meh, I got bored of Naruto after the time skip. I did a cosplay of this anyway since it's so dang popular. I chose the time skip costume because I think that one is cooler.

Haruhara Haruko from FLCL (C) Gainax
-I think FLCL is the best anime ever! So it was a no-brainer for me to include a character from that one.

Alucard from Hellsing (C) Kouta Hirano
-My friends love this anime, at least I think they still do.... Well, it's the reason I did a Hellsing cosplay anyway. Also, Cheat vampires are awesome!

Iono Mito Archelain from Iono-sama Fanatics (C) Miyabi Fujieda
-Pretty cool shoujo-ai manga that pretty much no one knows about! Hopefully the inclusion of this character will get more people interested.

Excel from Excel Saga (C) Koshi Rikdo
-This used to be my favorite anime before reading its manga counterpart and watching FLCL. Now the manga is more enjoyable to me while the anime is good for some quick fix laughs. To show my appreciation for the series, here's a The Cheat Excel.

Conan Edogawa from Detective Conan (C) Gosho Aoyama
-I used to enjoy this manga. Then I just sort of... stopped. I don't think I got tired of it or anything, I probably had better things to do. I wonder when Conan will find that organization and get his body back. Oh well, it's still pretty good and Conan deserves a spot in the cosplay.

Kenshin Himura from Rurouni Kenshin (C) Nobuhiro Watsuki
-I read parts of the manga and seen the anime up to the end of the Kyoto arc. Pretty good stuff. Thought a The Cheat Kenshin would be a neat thing to do.

Heat from Bust-A-Groove (C) Square-Enix
-This is an awesome game! Everyone should play it, so that I can have someone to play against!

Sakura from Tsubasa: Reservoir Chronicle (C) Clamp
-I've seen a few episodes of the anime at my anime club... I hated it! Why did I do this character? Popularity, I suppose. People were crazy over this at the last Anime Expo.

Vash the Stampede from Trigun (C) Yasuhiro Nightow
-Gotta like Trigun!

Suzumiya Haruhi from The Melancholy of Suzumiya Haruhi (C) Nagaru Tanigawa
-I enjoyed the anime when it first came out but I never thought it would rise to its crazy popularity that it has today! Either way I wanted to do The Cheat Haruhi.

Ichigo Kurosaki from Bleach (C) Tite Kubo
-Only seen a bit of Bleach. It's all right. I know most anime fans love Bleach so I did a cosplay for that.

The Prince from Katamari Damacy (C) Bandai Namco
-Katamari is the best video game ever!!!

Sonic from Sonic the Hedgehog (C) Sega
-Everyone loves Sonic the Hedgehog, except for those that don't. I have to admit that The Cheat Sonic looks incredibly awkward!

Gundam Unit RX-78-2 from Mobile Suit Gundam (C) Bandai
-I thought a The Cheat in a Gundam was a hilarious idea! So I had to track down many picture of Gundams to do this. I based this on the design of one of those Gundam models so there might be some inaccuracies in this one, at least as inaccurate as far as The Cheat goes.

-I play this game too much...

Ippongi Ryuta from Osu! Tatakae! Ouendan! (C) iNis/Nintendo
-Ditto... Yeah, it's pretty much the same game as EBA but I had to do this! My conscience told me to!

-Pretty much my most favorite manga ever!

Lain Iwakura from Serial Experiments Lain (C) Yoshitoshi Abe
-One of coolest visually-wierd animes I've ever seen! I think the badge might be a bit inaccurate but oh well.

Fifth Row
Cloud Strife from Final Fantasy VII (C) Square-Enix
-FF7 has to be the most overrated Final Fantasies I've ever played. (I'm not going into an argument over this) That is why I did a The Cheat Cloud. I chose the original costume over the Advent Children costume because I think the original looks better.

Yugi Mutou from Yu-Gi-Oh! (C) Kazuki Takahashi
-I remember the times when I see everyone on the streets playing Yu-Gi-Oh card games. I've never seen the anime but pretty everyone in the world knows about it.

EDIT: Now I know more about Yu-Gi-Oh! after watching the Abridged series, making me realize that I used the incorrect name for the character previously. Well, now it is changed to the proper name.

Sol Badguy from Guilty Gear (C) ARC System Works
-I'm not into fighting games but Guilty Gear managed to win me over. It has awesome character designs, an awesome soundtrack, and some solid gameplay. So here is a The Cheat Sol to pay a little homage to the game.

Ryuk from Death Note (C) Tsugumi Ohba
-I just got into Death Note last autumn. It's awesome! Even more awesome is The Cheat in a Ryuk costume because it looks hilarious!

Chiyo Mihama from Azumanga Daioh (C) Azuma Kiyohiko
-I think Chiyo is pretty much the mascot character of Azumanga Daioh, since she got the most screentime.

Sixth Row
Yuri Otani from Alien Nine (C) Hitoshi Tomizawa
-Don't remember how I got into this anime and manga series but it's very good! Not to mention that The Cheat looks pretty cute with a borg over its head.

Edward Elric from Fullmetal Alchemist (C) Hiromu Arakawa
-I used to be a fan of this series but not much these days. It's still crazy popular around here but I did the cosplay because I'm still a bit of a fan on the inside.

Sora from Kingdom Hearts (C) Disney/Square-Enix
-I was so crazy over this series back in the day! And boy, is Sora's KH2 costume difficult to draw!

Seiji Sawamura featuring Strong Mad as Midori Kasugano from Midori Days (C) Kazurou Inoue
-I'm not a huge fan of Midori Days but as I was thinking up characters to use, I somehow thought up of Strong Mad attached to The Cheat's arm as Midori. Thought it was a bit too weird so I decided to go with it.

Son Goku from Dragon Ball (C) Akira Toriyama
-Seriously. Everyone knows Dragon Ball.

Seventh Row
Chikane Himemiya from Kannazuki no Miko (C) Kaishaku
-I checked out this anime due to its yuri elements. Boy was I bored to tears in the first half before it got awesome in the second half. Probably the most hit-or-miss series I've ever seen. I know that the show is well know amongst the yuri crowd so I did a The Cheat cosplay for her.

Freyjador Falenas from Suikoden V (C) Konami
-Suikoden has so many interesting characters in each installment. The more stand-out ones, in my eyes, are the ones in the fifth game. That game has pretty much the best character designs in the series. So to show my appreciation for the characters, the game, and the series, I did a cosplay for V's main character.

Mega Man from Mega Man (C) Capcom
-The Cheat Mega Man = Win!

Chikaru Minamoto from Strawberry Panic (C) Sukurako Kimino
-I really did not like this show. Sure pretty much every character in the show was a lesbian, and lesbians are awesome, but I wasn't entertained! The only entertaining part was pretty much any scene with Chikaru in it, which led to me doing this character.

Inuyasha from Inuyasha (C) Rumiko Takahashi
-I used to like Inuyasha. But they kept pulling out the Naraku plot for too long and I got bored of it. Still, a lot of people love this show and I did a cosplay because of it.

Eighth Row
Solid Snake from Metal Gear Solid (C) Konami
-I never played a Metal Gear game before. Maybe I should. I remember my friends were crazy over this game, along with plenty of other people. So here's The Cheat in a Snake costume for you Metal Gear fans!

Usagi Tsukino from Sailor Moon (C) Naoko Takeuchi
-This was the big thing amongst the girls way back then! Heck, I think my sisters are still into this show!

Yumi Fukuzawa from Maria-sama ga Miteru (C) Oyuki Konno
-One of the few shoujo animes I actually like!

Ash Ketchum from Pokemon (C) Nintendo
-Of course we all know what Pokemon is. I don't need to explain this one.

Bob from Bubble Bobble (C) Taito
-I used play this game a lot when I was a kid. I still have fond memories of this game, and I can also play it on my PS2!

Don't complain to me if you see a character you like that is not featured on here. I wanted to make forty the limit and no more! There were other characters I wanted to include but I decided to scrap them when I reached the limit. Anyway, enjoy this massive picture that I've made!
